Death Heaven saw the light during the end of 2002 / beginning of 2003. The band comes from Schio, in the North of Italy, and started playing extreme thrash metal, but within a few months embraced a lot of death metal elements and its sound became faster and more aggressive.
After
recording of a couple of rehearsals never given forth in the
underground circuits, during 2005 Death Heaven released the first
official demo titled “Techno Decomposition World”,
produced by the singer/guitarist Andrea.
The demo received good
responses from magazines, fanzines and webzines all around the world,
and 400 copies were spread.
After that, Death Heaven musical
style developed into something more and more technical, complex and
brutal. New songs were recorded during 2006 and the debut album
“Viral Apocalypse” was uleashed under the young Italian
label Punishment 18 Records (December 2007).
Now the band is working on new material for its second strike.
During
the past years, the band shared the stage with famous Italian hordes
like Coram Lethe, Dark Lunacy, Cadaveric Crematorium, Horrid,
Mortuary Drape, Insane Assholes; also, in december 2007 played in
Austria for the first time, in July of 2008 opened for the US legend
Cynic an year after opened for Mumakjl.
